Consulting has been a passion for us.  We enjoy the diversity, solving problems, making recommendation for all types of residential real estate properties.  We have consulted over the years from Yakima to Sequim on everything from condominiums, to acquisition, to project design, mix and pricing to single family plats and phasing.  If we feel that we are not the right company for your needs we will find the right company.  But in most cases we can simply give you a fresh perspective and get you to a point of taking the project to the next level either on your own or with another marketing company.
