All proposals by our company are one of a kind. We take the approach and belief that each project and developer has a unique set of needs, desires, and philosophies to how they design and build their product. In that, we honor that individuality and base every proposal on the special needs, strengths and weaknesses of each project. We never take the same approach on any site. Each project stands on its own merit; each offers something different to the customer and needs to market in a way that is not boiler plated. Our philosophy is to take our time to understand the dynamics of the site, determine your wants and needs, and compile a thorough proposal, timeline, critical path, and marketing budget that is truly suited to your project and your company’s needs. This usually requires a pre-proposal consultation meeting to get a thorough understanding up front.
